Where are you based? 

We are based in Voe on Isles Road ZE29PT.

Do you charge VAT? 

Yes, we are a limited and VAT registered company. 

Placing an order 

How much notice is required for an order? 

We require 48 hours minimum when you place an order.  

What days do you deliver to my area? 

A map showing where our products can be collected from and on which days can be found here. 

Do you deliver to specific locations? 

We cannot deliver individual orders, these must be collected from one of the locations listed here 

For our catering/corporate clients there are some delivery options available, get in touch to discuss these further. 

Do you cater for food allergies or dietary requirements? 

Yes, please let us know in the form at checkout of any allergens/alterations you would like to request however please make sure you read our ALLERGEN & DIETARY INFORMATION POLICY HERE due to the environment of our kitchen and the high risk of contamination. 

I am allergic to an item in the graze box, can I replace it with another item? 

Yes, please let us know in the form at checkout of any allergens/alterations you would like to request however please make sure you read our ALLERGEN & DIETARY INFORMATION POLICY HERE.  

Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery? 

You can purchase cutlery/napkin sets from our optional add-ons here, we do not currently offer plates.  

Are all graze boxes the same? 

All of our graze creations are unique, they will contain mostly the same ingredients but no two are identical.  

Our picnic boxes and platters include some items that are subject to availability so may occasionally differ from photos.  

What if I don’t want all the items in the picnic box, can I make substitutions? 

Our Classic Picnic Box comes with set items however if you want to make your box a little more unique or you have a special request please see our Bespoke box here that gives you the freedom to choose all your favourites.  

Can I send a box as a gift? 

Absolutely! As orders are usually paid for on collection you would need to arrange payment with your chosen location in advance (e.g. paying them over the phone) then your order can be collected by the lucky person receiving your gift!  

Can I add a personalised message? 

Yes you can add a personalised message to all of our boxes, this can be found after you have selected a product and are on the checkout page.  

Do you do gift vouchers? 

We do not offer gift vouchers.  

Collection/Payment 

How do I pay at my pick up point? 

When you arrive at your chosen location ask for your order at the till point and pay the shop directly by cash or card.  

Can I pay online before collection? 

You can only pay online by bank transfer if you are collecting from the Deli, if you are collecting from any other location you must pay on collection either by card or cash.  

How long will my picnic box/graze box last? Do I need to keep it in the fridge? 

Yes all of our products should be kept refrigerated until required. Your picnic box/graze box will be made freshly to order on the day of delivery and when refrigerated they will last up to 2 days but best enjoyed the day of receiving. 

After an order is placed 

How do I cancel my order/Is there a cancelation policy?  

You can cancel your order up until 48 hours before. After this time you will be charged 50% of the orders value. 

How do I change the date of my order/edit my order after I’ve placed it? 

You can alter the date (as long as we have availability) or edit your order up to 48 hours before collection. After this unfortunately we cannot accommodate any changes. 

Catering/Corporate 

Do you take a deposit for catering orders? 

For any catering orders over £500 in value we ask for a 10% deposit to hold the booking.  

Do you cater for corporate events and parties?
